The Executive Job Hiring Process

Are you ready for when the perfect opportunity arises? If not, start by submitting your resume to us and expressing what your desires are for the next step in your career. We may or may not have a position available immediately, but at least the job hiring process is started.

When a job opportunity arises that is in alignment with your objectives, we will contact you to provide a general description of the position, compensation, background check of the organization, time frame and location. For confidentiality purposes we do not divulge the name of the company in this initial discussion of the job hiring process. We ask your permission to send your resume anonymously to the hiring company to begin the process for hiring. Your contact information will be held in the strictest confidence.

If mutual interest is established, then we proceed to the next step, when we discuss with you the specifics of the position and the company. If you are interested, then we begin the preparation of your application package. We will work with you to formulate a cover letter and tailor your resume to the position. You will need to gather references, and we will conduct a thorough hiring backrgound check. Once this is complete we will forward your “package” to the client for their review.

Interviewing Process – Ensuring the Best Fit

We will maintain contact with you throughout the job hiring process. We promise to keep you fully informed of the client’s impressions and intentions. You should likewise be candid with us about your feelings and impressions, allowing us to work as a liaison in furthering the job negotiations.

We are here to answer your questions, schedule meetings and expedite all phases of the job hiring process. As the process of hiring continues, we will assist you in preparing for the interviewing process. Initial interviews may be conducted over the phone. We will prepare you for face-to-face interviews to give you the confidence to demonstrate your abilities.

We work with both you and the client in the final job negotiations because we guarantee our clients that our candidates will be the best match. To accomplish that we have to make sure that both you and the client are satisfied.
