In her time with Wray Search Rebecca has built an in-depth knowledge of the restaurant and foodservice industry. She has made wide-ranging contacts throughout the industry, from today’s established leaders to the rising stars who will shape our industry over the coming years.
Rebecca has helped leading companies in the industry to find outstanding candidates, including C-level executives, VPs, and Directors, and has recruited both nationally and internationally. All her clients are building outstanding companies and know that Rebecca can be relied on to help them find the game-changing talent needed to lead and develop their top-notch teams.

Rebecca began her working life as a journalist, writing for several publications in California, where she won numerous awards and honed the research skills which are so valuable as an executive recruiter. She holds a degree in Liberal Arts from Warren Wilson College in North Carolina, and now lives by the side of a lake in North Carolina. In her spare time Rebecca enjoys paddle boarding, gardening and playing the guitar – and much to the delight of her clients is an accomplished web designer.
