Kelly Tope, Assistant Vice President
Kelly joined Wray Search in 2013 after 21 successful years in franchising, including roles in operations, compliance, and consulting, but the majority of her time was spent in franchise recruiting. Now she is thrilled to be able to utilize her recruiting talent in a new arena, helping to match the right candidates with the right clients.
“I’ve spent my career being recruited. I’ve stood on the inside, and I understand what candidates and clients want and need. As a recruiter, you have done your job well when both parties are satisfied with the final decision. You have played a part in creating positive change in people’s lives. It doesn’t get any better than that.”
Kelly has a natural ability to connect with people. That, combined with her commitment and drive to succeed, made her an asset to brands in the retail, service, beauty, and most recently, restaurant industries. Her years in franchising have provided her with a wealth of contacts, and she is excited to connect leaders with top-notch organizations in their respective fields.
Kelly was born and raised in Minnesota, and moved to warmer climates for thirteen years. During that time she attended the University of Houston for her degree in Business Administration. Since returning to Minnesota, when Kelly is not digging herself out of the snow and ice, she enjoys spending time hiking and biking with her husband and daughter.
